MetaBloat

The MetaBloat filter is very similar to the Bloat filter that comes with Illustrator, with one important exception:   the center of the MetaBloat effect is the center of all of your selected artwork, whereas the center of the Bloat effect varies from path to path.

The Amount slider lets you control the degree of "bloat" you want to add to the artwork.
